This is the KBT-35 (Later KBT-55 from Medarot 4 onward) Blackbeetle, a female rhino beetle-type Medabot first appeared in Medarot 3.

Blackbeetle also appeared in the anime Medarot Damashii as one of the Kilobots. She was voiced by Yuu Daiki in the anime.
