Pretty sure this is essentially " Ian ", who last appeared in We Live Here Too. I don't know what happened behind the scenes and I'm not going to speculate, but he was given a slight redesign and renamed, and is continuing on from that point.

Correct! It's a continuation of that same character, so he was at the bathhouse with Tinsel and Scarlet! Thank you for not speculating though, I appreciate that.

Yes, that's why he went "out to catch a Munchlax", it was the one in Breezer's kitchen he caught before running into Tinsel and Scarlet. He, Ivy, and Lilly are here all working together to do a bunch requests, going by the previous page. Bounty hunters don't always work alone, especially since it seems Buchanen has been purposely hiring a bunch to come in and take as much work from the guild as they can.

Looking forward to seeing more, however personally prefer the original design and name for the espeon bounty hunter. Guess going to take some time getting used to it -shrugs-.
