Not always. I'm pretty sure it can be lossless also.

You can right click the video player to loop webms assuming you're on desktop.

Making webms instead of gifs allows for high quality video with a fraction of the filesize. Webm is a container format and the video inside can be compressed with an actual codec, while gifs have extremely inefficient compression.

This is without a doubt my one of, if not my favourite Midori art/animations. The style is really nice and reminds me of IDW sonic among many things weirdly enough. It’s a nice style though. This animation is great.

Will anyone have access to the original "Twitter" gif file of the user "@inaire7771"?
