Stormy is open for comissions, with the price of 10$/hour, and thats crazy cheap for a lovely animation of a picture! I HIGHLY recommend him, since the animations are high quality, look authentic, and he basically redoes the whole image to the comissioner to make it move, so alot of effort is made for a beautiful, wiggly animation <3 Go comission him!
