why is "female" "flat_chested" a locked tag? tagging rules == tag what you see, this should be tagged ambiguous_gender, with no obvious genitalia, AND if you go to the source its obviously male.
just because something looks female doesn't mean it is.
Even though we can obviously tell it's a male from the original comic, that don't really matter with this image by itself with tag what you see. But by tag what you see logic, images like this should be set to ambiguous gender should they not? We can't see genitalia and a lack of a bust or a effeminate body really shouldn't define sex.
Especially in a place like this with concepts like cuntbois, dickgirls, full package herms and girly gay dudes as far as the eye can see. We don't know till legs have been spread.

female figure + unknown genitalia = female
On the prospect of the tag ambiguous_gender, it's intent is for when images of characters are to androgynous to be identified as either male or female, or when the characters depicted have to many contradicting male and female traits to be classified as one. Gender tags are in place for categorization based off the visual traits of an image from an un-biased view point. Where the viewer of the image would no nothing of the character they are looking at.
True identity of a character as far as sex goes is perfectly acceptable to be placed in the description box, or the wiki of the character.
