There was a scene in the show where Robotnik said "Snooping as usual, I see", and it became YTP/meme fodder because syllables 2 and 3 (ping as) got cut out of context and sounded somewhat like "penis". Hence pingas. This image changes that to "sniping" rather than "snooping", and Scratch, the chicken-robot, is drawn as the Sniper from Team Fortress.

The note, now deleted, said "snoo" where "sni" currently is, which I don't really think would have helped anyone who wasn't already familiar with the meme and was probably someone thinking there was a typo or something.
