I wonder if in this universe the robot ai girls have any abilities not related to job beyond the ability to have sex. Such as could they become pregnant? Such as artificial womb or perhaps egg could be donated by a biological female or some crazy future science not even requiring that. All these things make me curious just how advanced the female AI is in it's abilities. For another example, could an AI robot body serve as a incubator or in an emergency have a fetus transplanted in the event of serious injury to a biological mother?

I know it's 9 months late, and you're blocked, but I'm pretty sure it's possible. However ARA, Warning and other military robots don't have that capability. Their bodies really only have sex bits because it's more expensive to remove them than it is to just disable them without making modifications.
