For the love of little green ponies, I want the artist. It says "legacy" but that's pretty dang vague.

What I know about this: it's technically a FiM ponysona or whatever they call them. It was posted on 4chan, I THINK... but past that...? I don't know. I didn't tag it FiM, though. It doesn't really have the FiM artstyle, though it does have the MLP 'unihooves'...

So, yeah, if you know anything about the artist... post please? :D
