according to the official site, the new age sergals still have the clit tongues. yay for people slapping human vaginas on things.

Classic, old school sergal anatomy (Flat chest+prehensile clit hood) is the only sergal for me, but the least I can say in the defense of people who draw sergals like this is it's not like Mick's lore/canon of them hasn't been a constantly changing clusterfuck. She can't go like a year without trying to change the "official" anatomy in some way.
