Because tags featuring these stuff have joking and comedy pictures of bad-made stuff.

not all of them are humorous??????? some of them are just disturbing and thats it. this applies to all tags you suggested to be implicated to humor.

Not intentionally funny.. probably. Pretty grim. And not funny to me. But ridiculous enough that yeah, I doubt someone would have to be particularly depraved to find it funny.

Definitely humor (it's modeseven, that's pretty much a safe assumption).
It's an alien-abduction joke. No idea why it has the nightmare_fuel tag.

So I guess I'm -1 on the implication, but I'd also comment that disgust and humor are not mutually exclusive (or horror and humor, even). If an image gives you the heebie jeebies (eg. for me, chalk being applied to or nails being scratched across a blackboard, will do that), doesn't mean it's not funny, only that you can't personally appreciate the humor.

Overall, I think most but not all images in what why what_has_science_done where_is_your_god_now are funny and thus might warrant the humor tag.

its well drawn, its furry content and it doesnt break any rules so why it should be deleted?

I literally spent a couple hours scouring furaffinity looking for a cheese grater a couple months back and was disappointed that I couldn't find anything relevant. :(

Honestly, of all the horrifying things I've seen on this site, I don't get why that one is so infamous.

Denied. As others have already stated, there's a variety of posts that go into why, what, etc. that aren't necessarily humorous. While they are sort of "joke" tags, the things that go into them don't really fit well into humor.
