I suspect you mean the other way around, but barbs aren't always on feline penises. For the other, you can have a feline penis without barbs; it just happens to be the most common place to find them here and relevant for the wiki.

thats bad idea. canines grow the knot at end side of the act so the knot is not always present

Oh, hmm. I suppose your right. I tend to forget that they have the glans at the end since a lot of people seem to draw it as a generic tapering penis.

FWIW, I would have tagged it as a feline penis if it had barbs. (though I wouldn't have fought if someone removed the tag later)
