Iffy, since A.A. Milne's works aren't owned by the corporate octomouse that's Disney. However, the big franchise the vast majority of us tend to associate with Winnie the Pooh is Disney. It may not be an issue if any non-Disney Winnie the Pooh picture doesn't get tagged with the _(franchise) tag, should any be posted.
