Some countries have laws that require this. In addition, your getting it for free. Really shouldn't be so complacent.

If there are say 120 pictures and only 20 of them are uncensured, I have a problem with that because they should all be uncensured. And they're from Japan.

Could be that:
1. They might have been uncensored by a non-japanese artist.
2. They could be drawn by someone outside Japan that's knowledgeable in the field of anime/moonspeak.
3. Stuff sold to people outside Japan might get uncensored by the artist himself(this often applies for adult video, although I'm not as sure about image collection CD's/mangas).
4. I dunno lol.

What's actually seeing as censorship is--in fact--an STD that is rampant in Japan known as Pixel-crotch. The larger the pixels, the more far-gone the person is infected, till their whole body is covered with large square blocks. There is no known cure other than amputation, and is highly contagious.

It's quite sad really. Let's hope one day we find a cure.

Most of it is from Japan, as Willotaku said, or just Asia generally...
It's kinda a part of their laws, so complaining about it makes no differ, sorry to say that..

I would have skipped jacking off rather than looking at that kind of art anyways, I think it's really bad xD but that's my opinion ^^
