Topic: Tagging which describes the type of sexual relationship

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

I was looking at forum #75956 where there was a discussion about tagging tentacles, cuntboys, etc. It reminded me of an older thread forum #71611 that went into the same topic but never really went much of anywhere.

I am specifically discussing the naming of sexual relationships between two partners as it pertains to their sexes and not being concerned about who is on top or bottom or how they're going about their sex.

Straight, Gay, and Lesbian are pretty well ironed out but the rest of the tags describing relationships between two partners are not.

At the moment, the gender break down is as such:
Male = 153,770
Female = 190,981
Dickgirl = 5,783
Herm = 4,747
Cuntboy = 729
Maleherm = 153

There exist a various slew of tags of the type X_on_Y, some of which are incompatible with others such as female_on_dickgirl vs dickgirl_on_female. It makes sense to address this issue all at once so as to create a naming convention which can be used for future taggers as well as to collapse redundant tags via aliasing.

I propose that we base the structure of these tags using "with" rather than "on". Furthermore, the first tag in the two pairs shall be the more popular of the two tags with the exception of Males because "Straight" and "Gay" are already well established and female has only "Lesbian".

This also provides a way to tag tentacles and the like since they presently don't fall under any sexuality category.

This may look like a lot of proposed tags but the majority of them already exist and all that is really being proposed here is a particular naming convention to follow.

List of which X+Y tags exist already

maleherm_on_male

male_on_cuntboy
male_on_dickgirl
male_on_female
male/herm
malefemale
male_on_futanari

female_on_dickgirl
female_on_female
female_on_male_rape

herm_on_cuntboy
herm_on_dickgirl
herm_on_herm
herm_on_female
herm_on_male

dickgirl_on_cuntboy
dickgirl_on_female
dickgirl_on_herm
dickgirl_on_dickgirl
dickgirl_on_male

(no cuntboy_on_* tags exist)

Since I can't really make a good table here in the forums, I made one on Google Docs.

I never really had problems with said tags, as I almost never search by them. But I think this is a good Idea as it helps for consistent tagging.

I slightly disagree here:

Furthermore, the first tag in the two pairs shall be the more popular of the two tags

An Idea would be, to sort by alphabet. So it is female_with_male because f, g, h, ... k, l, m.
The reason: If at some point herm becomes more popular than dickgirl, the rule would be inconsistent.

It doesn't matter which way it goes. Aliasing is magic.
