Even if we have to time travel.

Exactly, nothing broke yesterday, so we're travelling back in time to break something.

I see, so what I thought was a paradox, was actually a fix to prevent a paradox.
Mind = Blown.

Another thing, though less serious.
On my iPhone it looks like the banner ad on the top of the page fell down and landed in the middle of the thumbs on the post listing, as well as the comments page.

Did anyone ever come to think that the servers might be running different time zones?
No. I didn't think so.

Cool, thumbs are working.
The banner ads are still philandering with the post listing on my iPhone, though.

Uh.. I think you missed what I was saying at the time.
It would show the first comment of a thread as being posted seven hours ago, then the comment AFTER that would be eight hours ago. In other words, it was saying the second comment was posted an hour BEFORE the first comment.
Which is pretty impossible.

Yeah, because according to the computer, the comments were from the future.. and it bugged out. That's all. (honestly would rather have that then a critical system error)

Well it just looks weird because e621 talks about "hours ago" instead of just stating the post time.
If I saw a post marked 3:42 PM followed by one that was marked 2:42 PM then I would realize pretty quickly that those two posters were in different time zones and chalk it up to server discrepancies.
But the way it is now sort of implies that the posters have the ability to travel through time.

We don't?
...I mean, uh... of course we don't!
How absurd.

No it would have been 2:30 server and 3:30 server.. but when the server is at 12.. the difference is 2.5 and 3.5. and it shows the difference.
