Undead, seems like a species to me. Vampire, zombie, other subtypes?

Nekomimi, it's currently aliased to cat_ears, yet I believe animal_ears should imply Nekomimi.

Not all animal ears are cat ears, so you can't imply nekomimi/catgirl. You could however imply kemonomimi, but that's already aliased to animal ears.

From what I've seen, the site prefers western names for tags, so you'll have a hard time convincing them to switch.

Undead is a condition and not a species. Ditto on zombie and vampire.

Camel is no-brainer, undead makes sense in a way, can't say anything to nekomimi.

Hydra is missing as a species tag too.

Camel should get aliased to Camelidae which would make a good species tag (like cephalopodae for octopus is)
