How could I know it was deleted before I added it?

Your arse seems pretty smart, why don't you ask it that?

Maybe in e621 2.2.0 they will add a way that warns you if that post has been deleted. Like a system that searches for tags or something.

If it's been deleted, the system shouldn't allow it because it checks the hash of the image, as is my understanding, but you'd have to talk to Arc about that. If it's still able to be uploaded, then they're probably coming from different sources - having been resaved or whatever.
