I'm curious how many females are members of e621, and what percentage they make up of the site. I figured the easiest way was adding to a counter, so I'll make a start. Don't crap on and put your fursona's gender on here or anything, though.

There are currently just as many female admins as there are male ones.

100% of all mods are male.

All other users? Dunno, probably something like 60:40 for males, but the biggest part will be anonymous, so hard to find out.

While that's certainly true, women tend more toward auditory and language based stimulation.
Hence girls frequently like dirty talk, and stories(50 shades).
Where males are more stimulated visually(porn).

While that's not universal, it is a noted general trend so having more males than females on a visual pornography type site would be more likely.
