reason: All these creatures resemble each other closely and belong to the order Lagomorphia. Lumping them all under "lagomorph" would simply make them easier to find and easier to tag, since in anthropomorphic form they're almost indistinguishable by sight.

I'm fairly sure they're the exact same thing in that case, if any of the sources I found are to be trusted (example), which is sort of my point.
