Whelp.. Following the sources leads me to this guy's gallery: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/lucaswolfox and in some of his submissions, there's a wolf-girl-thing that looks like the character depicted, apparently with the name Rose.

If I had to put money on it, I'm guessing that's your girl.
