Reason: People seem to be confused of which way the name goes around.

Which one is her surname?
Do we want to favor cultural name ordering, or universally use the western convention of first name then surname?

Fairly sure her surname is Hatsune, and I think we should favor the cultural name ordering as almost everyone refers to her as Hatsune Miku.
