As the title says, we used to have the policy of 2 years after posting, we could post paysite material (can't remember the reason; think it had something to do with "has reasonably obtained all the money it's likely to get" or something). Has this changed, or is it still the same?

Yes this rule is still in effect. The Slipshine material was also requested to be removed by Luckypan http://e621.net/take_down/show/37
