E621 will fall by my hands. As I said, I have emailed ic3.gov about this website, and I expect action in the coming weeks.

the problem is that you can easily defend some of it with the "Its art" claim, but I'm assuming theres quite a bit of stuff with sex and such in it, which could easily be called porn (I'm not sure, I keep all such tags blacklisted) So we have that kinda for us. In addition we have the fact that it isn't exactly human; its more animal/human. So I think if it ever went to court (very very bad) they'd have a good defense. enver the less, I think that e621 should be sure its constantly in the law, and thus(if it needs to) ban the loli, kid, club tag. or at least if its combined with anything sexual.

I know why he's doing it. He ignored rules set up by the people who owned the convention center(or wherever), which is PRIVATE property. If it was public property, then there wouldn't be a problem, but the owners of PRIVATE property are the ones who get to set the rules.

E621's policy is to tag it as cub if it looks like a cub. This isn't a judgment on the characters or the artist, but is instead for anyone blacklisting cub due to personal or legal reasons: if it looks like a cub then they should be able to easily blacklist it.

*laughs* I'm well aware of that Shatari. I was just say'n, it would upset me if e621 decides to go the route of banning cub, and they end up also killing more neutral images.
