Not sure about this one. How will we separate regular toys and sex toys?

I don't... how does this alias impede that at all?

Don't we already?
The toy tag needs a lot of cleanup. The tag is for regular toys but yet the majority of posts with that tag don't have regular toys in them at all, but instead sex toys

Yep. Most of those have been mistagged by a single user.
That's pretty much standard these days: there's a couple of taggers who keep making messes everywhere. I've spent most of this year cleaning up after them.

I would say no.

what was wrong with ball-gag (mind reels)?I support.. I wonder if there is possible scripted way to detect plurals automatically, so aliases wouldn't be needed
Nothing wrong with it, but it's not really a sex_toy, it's more of a piece of bondage gear. Do we have a bondage gear tag? Might be worth having.
Auto detecting plurals is difficult-to-impossible due to the nature of plurals in the english language.
There are so many different forms of plural that you would basically need to have an algorithm referencing a dictionary every time, and even that wouldn't work for non-dictionary words that are still valid tags.
