Not always. there's a few images I've seen where they're crying blood. unless we want to name that something else?

Hm. That throws a wrench in. I dunno then. Any other suggestions? I'll have to get back to you.

How about we tag the posts with characters crying blood as the condition it's known under, in this case "Haemolacria" or whatever it's called. Wouldn't that also help people blacklist it, if they feel uncomfortable with people weeping blood. Then we can still do the above mentioned tag implication. Well, i just wanted to throw in my two cents.

Good idea. I like your style.

Hrm. Instead of haemolacria, which i doubt anyone is going to think of off the top of their head- how about a simple 'crying_blood'? It could then imply blood and/or bleeding, and crying could imply tears.

I think "haemolacria" is good, then have "crying_blood" be aliased to it.

...The entire point of crying_blood instead of haemolacria is because we WANT it searchable. I mean, if you think tears of blood- first thing you're going to look for is crying and blood, or bloody tears, or tears of blood- and if you know the tag system at all, crying_blood, bloody_tears, tears_of_blood. NOT haemolacria. medically correct (something I usually approve of) only goes so far before it reaches into obscurity.
