Since there is no tag which can be used in order to describe the theme and utilize it for blacklisting, what would be a good tag to be used on images that has over the top/extreme pregnancy in it?
Hyper_pregnancy or hyper_pregnant are the only two I can come up with.

Seems like a combination of the hyper_belly and pregnant tags. But if it really needs its own tag, then I suppose hyper_pregnancy would be a good one.

Hyper_pregnancy should only be used where there are obvious symptoms of pregnancy, else hyper_belly like you said, agreed.

Whatever the decision, can it be implicated to hyper? I think everyone with hyper blacklisted would appreciate that.
