You know how this normally works?
You contact an artist, and pay him money to draw things for you.
But you want to do it the other way around. You want artists to contact you, and draw stuff for free.

This *might* work if you'd posted the "detailed fursona info" beforehand. That way, artists who want to practice their drawing skills (w/o getting paid) could decide if they want to draw your murrsona. But knowing furries, you're probably afraid that someone might steal your original character, amirite?
