What's with the system for tagging eyes? We have tags for blue_eyes, brown_eyes, red_eyes, hell, even one for black_sclera.

So why is there no real system for tagging pupils? There's only 4 results for cat_eye, and none for vertical_pupil. Goat_eye and horizontal_pupil both come up with 0 results.

Wouldn't it be beneficial for someone to not just be able to search eye color, but search eye type? For me, the type of eye is much more significant than the color.

Is there something I'm missing?

Gonna be honest, i just about never tag eye details because i didn't think they were a significant tag. I mean i figure it was one of those "not very important" tags.

I'll take care of the horizontal pupils, but the vertical pupils could take months.

Should I tag them with horizontal_pupils or goat_eye?

I think goat_eye(s) is the wrong way to go, if I remember correctly some frogs have similarly horizontal pupils, probably some other animals too.

A quick google image search shows that there are numerous frogs and toads with horizontal pupils, as well as a number with vertical and round ones as well.
I think horizontal_pupil is probably the most accurate form for that tag.

We tag eye color and then the special eyes (MY BRAND) like slit pupils, solid colored eyes, eyes that devour the soul, etc

Tag unusual eye characteristics
That is the system, but it is a minor tag so if it gets skipped you won't get hounded
