Reason:

Manda Panda is the artist's preferred name, and the artist is moving away from "Synchra".

If needed, I can forward an e-mail from the artist to back up my claim.

Quote from e-mail:
"I'd prefer you tag it as Noodle, Plugra, and/or Manda Panda actually. I am attempting to remove the name "Synchra" from furry stuff (extremely unsuccessfully, haha) since that is a name I have just used for everything for the last 16 years or whatever."
(I kind of already told the artist that I would use Manda_Panda...)
