Reason:

All images tagged with spoken_heart have the <3 tag as well. This makes it an unnecessary tag.

Spoken_heart requires that the subject be saying "<3". <3 can just be a drawing, or a design.

Yeah, but we already have <3 we really don't need a separate tag for it, IMO.

Agreed with the alias. If it actually had a specific intent behind it that could be inferred through common usage, then I'd go with implication, but as is there is no defined meaning to it beyond the obvious indication of love- which doesn't need specificity between spoken and displayed variants.
