I'd prefer peeing_inside too, as internal_watersports wouldn't really make that much sense for peeing_in_mouth. Also fits with cum_inside

Peeing or cumming into the mouth is still an internal region of the body. Cumming just inside the anus and having it leak out is still an internal cumshot for the ass, after all. The lips should be considered the same as the sphincter.
