If it is already sorted though, would it be necessary to alias them?

Just to make sure. Though reversing the direction could also make sense. I think.

How about an implication then? Actually before we do anything, tell me, are the tags being used to organize the singular and plural or are they just being slapped onto any picture with a cloud, singular or plural?

Slapped onto any picture with a cloud.

Seems like they're used pretty much the same way. For example, post #433228 even has both the tags. I do believe there's no point in keeping both of them.
