There's only fourteen posts under cone_cock and I wouldn't normally suggest an alias for it, but it has been used by several taggers. So it's likely to pop up again from time to time even if cleaned up.

EDIT: Up to twenty now. There's also cone_penis tag, which has over 50 posts.
