Topic: cobblestone cleanup

The bulk update request #12954 is pending approval.

create alias cobbled (17) -> cobblestone (371)
create alias cobblestone_streets (10) -> cobblestone (371)
create alias cobbled_street (5) -> cobblestone (371)

Reason: Aliasing several small and redundant (or outright wrong) tags all referring to the same thing. I really dont think we specifically need a separate cobblestone_streets tag, seems overly specific, especially because it looks like most of the stuff in cobblestone are cobblestone streets. I know these are all small tags that I could clean up manually, but frankly I'm feeling lazy tonight so I figured I'd try a bur

You don't need the second line (create alias cobbled_stone -> cobblestone) as the alias already exists.
