Issah Wywin is the full name of character Issah belonging to IssahWywin. I've already checked and all current art tagged with either Issah or Issah_Wywin is of the same character.

Would be more appropriate to manually change issah to issah_wywin. Issah is not a unique name created by the character owner, it comes from real life, so other people could be using it.
