The tag alias #81100 lamb_(carlarzall) -> lamb_(pinatareaper) has been approved.
Reason: Going thru my character tags to update with correct username.

For future refernce, please create a BUR (Bulk Update Request) when you want to suggest multiple related aliases/implications at the same time. This keeps everything in one thread, rather than creating a bunch of threads. https://e621.net/bulk_update_requests/new
