create implication japanese_flag (121) -> japan (497)
create implication italian_flag (114) -> italy (95)
create implication ukrainian_flag (90) -> ukraine (135)

Reason: These country flags represent their respective countries (9 of them for now)

Based on topic #60523

The use case for country tags does not seem to be consistent.
Some say it is used for anything culturally relevant while others say that it should only be explicitly used when said country is depicted.
E.g., Japan "is specifically intended for scenes set in Japan" while Japanese is for things "related to Japanese culture, history and in general".

I understand the logic, but is common object (like a flag on underwears/coffee cups) enough to really imply the country? I'm really on the fence for that.

[edit]
Well if american_flag implies united_states_of_america, I don't see the problem with those implications.
