Ask yourself: Would you need to pay for it, normally? Is the artist providing the tokens without payment? But yeah, if Patreona paywall'd site is legitimately allowing free viewership, maybe the rules need to be more explicit. This is not a piracy-oriented site, so those questions are relevant.
What makes this a non-issue is if the artist gets a verified account and posts it. ;)

What exactly do you mean by tokens?
Cause this could maybe fall under this clause in the rules:
- Pay-What-You-Want content (PWYW) that's allowed to be "bought" for $0.00 is DNP for the first two months after publication.

Well, if its something older than 2 months and its common free access, is it allowed to be uploaded then?
And by tokens i mean... Well, I dont know. The link of Patreon I try to use says the tokens are due after some unknown ammount of time. Tecnically the link becomes invalid and a new one needs to be made to access it

You can link the submission post itself so that people would know where it is from.
As for Patreon content, you are allowed to post it as long as it was released for free by the artist.
You are only not allowed to post content that is pay-to-view or commercial content.

The mechanism for retrieving posts from URLs is wholly disconnected from whether or not it's allowed; I wouldn't recommend drawing conclusions from that.
I'll second Wolfgang's suggestion; you don't have to be vague about it, you can just link the post here & let us see if there's any contextual details you might have missed that make this allowed/disallowed.
