create alias harry_(latiar) (6) -> haru_(latiar) (61)
Reason: this was written to be an implication (when first tag is used, also add the second tag automatically so it has both tags) but it is clear that it was meant to be an alias (when first tag is used, replace it automatically with the second tag instead so it only has the second tag in the end). So I rejected the implication and remade it to be an alias.
