I just discovered the out_of_frame tag. It has no wiki description, so I'm not sure what exactly it's for. It seems to be a combination of offscreen_* and mostly_offscreen_*.

I feel like the mostly_offscreen_* tags should probably be combined with the faceless_* tags. they seem to be functionally identical.
