Guys, I found out that my pictures of my fan character Dani Mouse are getting lower and lower score, about -7. Please tell me, why do people hate my character I draw?

The most plain and simple explanation is that your artworks lack quality.
People just have very high standards and would expect such when browsing the site.

One thread would've been perfectly fine.

To list a few bullet points:

  • Unsteady linework.
  • Sameface.
  • Very unrefined approach to figure construction. The head is basically the only thing without any obvious flaws on this front, but it's practically guaranteed that you had reference material ready to go for this.
  • Extremely incomplete/incorrect tagging makes it likely for people to see these posts even if they wouldn't want to.

I think I'm not welcome here, because of my bad using of tags and bad pictures without shadow effects and background... It's too difficult and confusing to work with tags for me, because I have an autism and I can't use the perfect tags from the first try. But how can I use tags so the score will be positive?

I highly doubt improving your tagging here would change your posts' scores dramatically, so don't count on it.

You were told by multiple records now that strike-through tags in your tag history (for example, +dancing & +foot_fetish) are invalid or inapplicable and have been removed or changed.
Make sure you actually read what the tags mean (by clicking on the ? next to them) before adding them into your posts and remove any existing tags that seem inapplicable.
For example, you tagged dance/dancing on post #6006868 which clearly shows a character standing still while also doing the same on post #6006968 which shows the character sitting instead.

In addition, you are expected to add 10 general tags upon upload. General tags are those tags that describe what is seen in the artwork.
You should check the Tagging Checklist if you don't know what tag to add or explore existing artworks on the site and learn new tags.

If you still find everything to be too confusing or difficult, then I would suggest finding someone else capable and willing to reupload your artworks here for you with the appropriate tags.

That's a case of "don't ask a question if you're not ready to listen to the answer"

You *are* welcome, but you're not entitled to favorites and upvotes

There are no magic tags to make people like your work. But making the correct tags should be simple enough. You don't need to be super detailed, just tag what you see.

Let's look at this picture.

Besides the species, name, and the artist's name here are some basic tags.

  • What color is her body? We can add grey_fur which would imply grey_body
  • Eye color? Zooming in we can see she has green_eyes
  • We see she's wearing clothes (clothed), but what kind of clothes? She's wearing blue_jeans, and has white_shoes.
  • Her shirt might be difficult to tag, as we don't have a "dark_reddish_violet" tag. Let's just go with shirt.
  • All those clothing tags have implication chains that add 2-3 more tags each. So already we have around 15 tags.
  • What else can we see? We see she's smiling (smile) and standing and looking our way (looking_at_viewer).

I'm sure if we dig deep we can find more tags, but this should be sufficient.

First of all, don't give up. Every artist starts somewhere, and much of the art you see here is the result of years of hard work and refinement of style. It takes time and practice to get good.

While it's good to use proper tags, just make sure to have the major aspects of the art properly tagged with the right ones. go look at other posts to see how they were tagged and follow suit.

And no, not everyone is owed good votes, but I say to follow your bliss and keep making art that makes you satisfied. Enthusiasm is contagious, even if the art isn't perfect.

To expand on Deciem's succinct post as well as everyone else's well put points, I wouldn't concern myself with votes & favorites, or even getting your posts approved on e621. If you enjoy it, everything else is inconsequential; don't get caught in the trap of feeling you need magic internet points for your efforts to be validated.

We typically discourage novice artists from posting on e621 directly, as getting your work rejected can be really demoralizing, on top of the usual downvotes & mean comments of other platforms. In the modern internet, people often forget they have the option to hone their talents in private, gaining both experience & confidence in their abilities before subjecting themselves to the criticism of others. If you feel disheartened by the opinions of others, it's always worth remembering that you don't need to subject yourself to that if you don't want to; again, your work doesn't lose value because it's not on display.

Unlike e621, Gelbooru doesn't allowed artists to upload their own work. Their reasoning is good advice to keep in mind, although our policies aren't quite as harsh to uploading artists.

Uploading One's Own Art is a Good Way to Get Your Feelings Hurt

Posting one's own art is severely looked down upon, and there are two reasons behind this:

Firstly, artists tend to be biased when it comes to judging the quality of their own work. What looks good to you may be regarded as mediocre to Gelbooru moderators.
Secondly, more suitable sites to upload your own art to include Deviantart and Pixiv.

Admins and moderators are especially harsh on self-posting artists, lashing out penalties without remorse. The surest way to feature your art on Gelbooru is to show immense talent and skill elsewhere, and with that, captivate some fans on the other side of the Internet into uploading your art.

Looking at your art, it's passable, but needs refinement. Nobody hates your art. They just think you can do better. And you can, but only if you practice, practice, practice, just like any one of the other artists on this site have been doing to get to the levels they're at now. And they'll all keep on with the practice, practice, practice into the future until the day they die. Because even the best knows they can do better.

I think it comes down to the quality of the work and the inconsistency of it.

Now, I won't lie to you, I'm not a good artist. But, I think if more work is put in to make it more artistically palatable as a whole, ie what other commenters have written about line inconsistency and construction, then you evidently will see better results. Back out of fetish art for now, feet are notoriously difficult to draw well and the are the center of your work, and work on your fundamentals (what others have said :: practice!!!!! :D)

No. You actually responded to art critique and went "na uh".

True!!!!!!! :D
I only started posting my stuff here because I see E6 as an archival place, and everyone I know uses it. But, there's always a worry it isn't good enough, so for the longest time, I tended to hold back in private until my friends started demanding I post somewhere more accessible (E6).
Has FA gotten any better? I hate most SOCMEDs and I know FA has size/space limits. :(

They don't hate it, they just dislike it. Anatomy and details come to mind. Just continue to practice and in a year or two when you come back to them you will see a massive difference. And then you can leave them a snarky comment.

Tbf, e621 does too. As of writing, horizontal & vertical resolution must be greater than or equal to 256px & less than or equal to 15000px, & all files have to be less than or equal to 100MiB (104.8576 MB), with APNG & GIF files needing to be less than or equal to 20MiB (20.97152 MB). I'd list FA's restrictions, but I don't know where they're listed, & I'd rather not try to work out which journal posts are official vs unofficial & which are outdated.

I'd prefer it if they didn't.
