The tag implication #70462 swallowing_sound_effect -> swallowing is pending approval.

Reason: seems fairly obvious. there would really only be swallowing sound effects if there was also swallowing.

Can't there be a swallowing_sound_effect without swallowing in a first_person_view animation like post #3797706? There is some swallowing going on for sure but it isn't directly visible and only heard.
