Topic: There should be a tag along the lines of sexualized_feral

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

The way I currently have it set up on my blacklist is feral -rating:safe. The problem however is that includes images where a feral animal just happens to be present and isn't being sexualized. So any time I see an image blacklisted under those tags, I have to gamble a peek to figure out which one it is. And I hate that.

That'd be such a massive undertaking to apply site-wide with how much of a mess feral posts already are. I'd recommend blacklisting the feral_on_* tags (bestiality and feral_on_feral) and feral -rating:s solo; it's not currently well established but I do have a tagme project I need to work on to start fixing that.
And also stop unhiding the posts, you're not missing much.

Doctor, it hurts every time I do this.

then stop doing that.

seriously, there's like 1 in maybe 400 feral posts that fall within this category. it's probably well under the mistag rate, so the use of this tag would be almost non-existent.

EDIT:

bestiality
imminent_bestiality
feral -human -humanoid -anthro -taur -rating:s
feral presenting
feral_pred
feral_prey
feral tf

should catch most of what would be under this tag. if you glance at feral -rating:s you can see what you're missing out on and it's pretty much just mistags.

What would the definition of sexualized even be? Would a visible x-anus on a feral be enough to trigger it like it does the explicit rating? What about ferals in a very suggestive pose but without visible genitalia? These are just a couple of questions I can think of off the top of my head that would need to be answered, but anything like this would need a pretty solid definition, and not a "I know it when I see it" definition.

We already have tags that are meant to be used exclusively on sexualized content of certain kinds of characters (shota and loli), so I do not think that telling apart what is sexualized and what is not that huge of a issue.

Bringing up some of the most misused and needless tags to prove a point is just about the worst way to prove said point

Both loli and shota should have been tossed in the bin back at the end of 2023 if not earlier
