I'm pretty sure some custom CSS can hide it. But I don't how to do so myself.
What do you mean by "bottom of results"?
Edit: I'm guessing you're talking about mobile e621, which does have blacklist UI at the bottom of results.
Paste this into Custom CSS settings:
/* (Post index/Blacklist) Hides blacklist toggle UI 25-11-22 */
@media (max-width: 50rem) {#c-posts #a-index .blacklist-ui {display: none}}
It will hide only the toggles below search results, only on mobile.

section.blacklist-ui { display:none !important; }there's your custom css. a quick inspection of the blacklist section below the search bar and in posts before the comments show they both use the same element and class name.
disabling the blacklist is useful when fixing tagging or when you want to selectively disable your blacklist at the moment.
