The CesarPolarArt Carrd, with links to various CesarPolarArt sites, has a display name of Cesar Facas.
However, it seems to me that, since PolarCesarArt is just an alternate rearrangement of the name likely derived from misreading the signature on the art, it might be a good idea to alias both cesar_facas and polarcesarart to cesarpolarart.
