Is anyone else's site blocked from phone or computer? Or is it all related to per state law? The site was working fine yesterday

I can access it just fine though I'm not in the US or EU, so it's definitely a client-side/your issue.

Consider your own state laws, ISP (i.e., DNS filtering), WiFi network (i.e., website filters, parental control), and any potential device or browser issue.

I recall accessing the rule 34 paheal version on my mobile cellular. There's a message above the site that says carrier blocked certain site service. This can be rectified by using WiFi.

I can check on my PC once I'm home

I'm in the US, and I can access (rule34) xxx and (rule34) paheal with no issues.

My bad Y'all. It was just my phone carrier being a fuck
