I think it should be an alias. Seems like way too overly specific, and does not really offer anything that just searching lactating sex does not offer.

Valid point.
Given that there are 61(?) results for lactating_during_sex -sex, is it reasonable to submit a BUR request rather than go through everything manually?
...dammit, I just noticed that some of those posts do NOT in fact contain sex but rather masturbation or after_sex.
Guess it'll have to be done manually after all.
I'll still resubmit as an alias for the future.
