I'm 99% sure this is one of the joke tags we have.

Agreed, the tag has its uses as a joke tag. I think it should stay, as tagging anything with "original character" now and days are mostly just MLP Pony recolors or some fox...it cant be taken seriously and is such a joke at this point.
