Topic: [Feature] Suggest cover_page, first_page, and end_page during upload

I've noticed that exceptionally few comic series have a tagged first_page. It's an extremely useful tag for finding new comic series, so I'm disappointed it's so underused. I think this is likely because few users know the tag exists (I didn't know myself until recently), so the problem might be fixable by adding it to the tag suggestions on a new upload if the uploader tags comic.

I think there's a dozen other more important things to be tagged that should be added to the uploader before anything related to comics
