There are a lot of tags that are used to describe this pose, but does anyone know if there's an actual term for this?

I don't think so. It's literally squatting with spread_legs.

To add:
crouching and spread_legs is a possible combo too.

Some poses don't have names just tag combos and even if created a name for them, i suppose it would be a lot of work to tag each image that includes said pose/tag combos (this assuming all images are tagged correctly).

Ha, yeah, probably.. Just figured I'd ask since it's a common and semi-specific pose. Thought it might have a more specific term I'd simply never heard of.

Edit: I haven't added "crouching" (which apparently replaced 'squatting'), but there are tags for 'squatting_pose' and 'squatting_position,' though it's hard to tell what these specifically refer to, based on the photos that have used the tags.
